  • High-Silica Fire-Retardant Sleeve

    Product Overview:

High-silica sleeving is woven from imported high-silica fibers, offering excellent properties such as a smooth texture, flexibility, high-temperature resistance, fire resistance, thermal insulation, and electrical insulation.

The SiO2 content of the high-silica sleeving exceeds 96%. The product features outstanding heat resistance, capable of long-term use at 1000°C and withstanding instantaneous temperatures up to 1400°C. Manufactured using Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 ternary glass raw materials and treated with acid, it has a softening point of 1700°C. It exhibits excellent chemical stability and dielectric properties, and can be coated according to customer specifications.

    Key Advantages:

    1. Shields against molten splashes and flames.

    2. Retains strength and flexibility during continuous high-temperature exposure.

    3. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, with the exception of strong acids such as hydrofluoric acid and phosphoric acid.

High-silica sleeving is suitable for applications including molten metal filtration and purification, high-temperature gas dust collection, liquid filtration, fire-resistant materials (fire suits, fire curtains, fire blankets, etc.), high-temperature ablation-resistant materials, thermal insulation and sealing materials, high-temperature electrical insulation, welding heat-shielding materials, and automotive/motorcycle applications (silencing, heat insulation, exhaust filtration, etc.).

We offer a comprehensive range of high-silica sleeving specifications, with internal diameters ranging from 1mm to 300mm. Products can be cut to specific lengths and manufactured with custom wall thicknesses to meet customer requirements.
